There will be a complimentary Glass of Fizz awaiting you on your arrival (before 10:30 pm).
Our official photographers, The Studio, will be available to take your photograph in all your finery in the setting of the Grand Hotel. Photographs can be printed and purchased on the day or bought online after the event.
The Grand Hotel will be holding a pre-ball buffet from 7:00 - 8:15 pm at a cost of £15 per person. If you require buffet tickets please contact the Grand Hotel direct on 01803 213462.

South Devon's premier soul band Soul Funktion will once again be joining us to provide the perfect atmosphere to keep the dance floor packed. If you were here last year you won't need us to tell you how good they are. The 10-piece line up are bringing classic soul music that everybody loves.
Plan B (Party Band)
A world-class, all-male 5-8 piece band including sax, playing rock, pop & soul from the Beatles to Amy Winehouse. They've played for the the Beckhams and now the Plan B Party Band are coming to the Holly Ball.

Acclaimed entertainer Phil Fryer will do it his way, when he brings the look and sound of Ol' Blue Eyes to the Holly Ball.

Future Media are bringing all the top tunes and their best DJs to keep you dancing all night.
Carol Singing at Midnight
Get into the festive spirit by joining us for Christmas Carols in the Devonshire Suite at Midnight. Carol Sheets will be available on the night, but if you want to be prepared you can download it here. The last carol is Torquay Rowing Club's traditional carol 'Come Landlord, Fill the Flowing Bowl'. If you want to learn it beforehand you can check it out here.
Dress Code
Strictly Black Tie Only: Dinner Jackets for the gents and Ankle Length Dresses for the ladies. Failing to adhere to the dress code will result in your being refused entry to the Holly Ball.
